Who controls the data

This site is operated by Gustavo Rost, under Rost Dev (Brazilian tax ID / CNPJ 66.939.649/0001-80), based in Porto Alegre, RS, Brazil. For anything related to this policy or your data, write to contato@rostdev.me.

What data is collected

Depending on how you use the site, we collect:

• Contact or quote form: name, email, WhatsApp number, company (optional), project type, a description of what you need, timeline, and budget range (the last two are optional).
• Chat assistant: the answers you choose during qualification (project type, timeline, budget). These choices only leave your browser if you click to open WhatsApp, send an email, or fill out the form — the chat itself doesn't store anything on a server.
• Browsing the site: with your consent, we use cookies and analytics tools (like Google Analytics) to understand which pages are visited, where visitors come from, and which buttons are clicked. This helps us improve the site — these tools don't identify you personally.

What we use this data for

To reply to your message, prepare a proposal, and understand how the site is performing so it can be improved. We don't sell or rent your data to third parties, and we don't use your contact information for anything beyond talking to you about the project you described.

Who the data is shared with

Form submissions go through a third-party service (Web3Forms or Formspree, depending on what's configured) just to deliver the message by email — they don't use your data for anything else. When cookie consent is active, Google's analytics tools (and Meta's, if configured) receive aggregated browsing data, per those companies' own privacy policies.

Analytics cookies are only turned on after you accept — before that, they're blocked by default. You can change your mind at any time.

Your rights

Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD), you can ask at any time to: access the data we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, delete your data, or find out who it's been shared with. Just write to contato@rostdev.me — we reply within the same 1 business day we promise for business contact.

How long we keep the data

Contact data is kept for as long as the business conversation lasts and for as long as needed to meet legal obligations. You can request deletion before that at any time through the channel above.
